The wait is over—Parrot Ice Shack is back for the 2025 season, and we’ve settled into our new location in Northwest Austin!  Even better?  We’re right alongside Pacific Flame - Island Grill, just like before!

Come cool off with our legendary fluffy shave ice, handcrafted syrups, and tropical vibes, then grab some island-inspired eats next door.  It’s the perfect pairing for summer—and we can’t wait to serve you again!
