From Dream to Shaved Ice
Parrot Ice Shack started in 2021 with a simple idea: bring the refreshing taste of tropical shaved ice to Central Texas. We set up our bright yellow trailer at Leander, TX (Smooth Village) and quickly became a neighborhood favorite.
In 2023, we moved to our current home in Northwest Austin, setting up onsite at RoKr Auto on Pond Springs Road. Our signature yellow trailer has become a landmark — you can't miss us!
Every shaved ice we serve is made with love, using premium syrups and the fluffiest ice you'll find anywhere. From our 22 signature combos to our house-crafted Parrot Originals, we're always experimenting with new flavors. We're proud to be part of the Northwest Austin community and can't wait to serve you!
